We're looking for an On-Site IT Support Technician (Level 2) – Industrial Environment (UK)
We're seeking an experienced L2 IT Support Technician (3+ years) to provide hands-on support in an industrial environment, delivering high-quality service to end users, including senior stakeholders.
This is a 100% on-site role based in Bedford, UK, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
• On-site incident and request management (industrial environment: printers, scanners, etc.)
• Support for standard users and senior stakeholders (on-site & remote)
• Videoconference room setup and executive meeting support
• Hardware reconfiguration and device deployment
• Mobile/desk phone setup and SIM activation
• Inventory management and secure device data wiping
• On-site vendor coordination (network, CCTV, AV, fiber, printers)
• Basic network troubleshooting
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as L2 IT Support
• Strong hands-on technical skills
• Experience in industrial environments (highly valued)
• Excellent communication skills in English
Location: Eagle Brewery, Bedford (UK)
Schedule: 08:00 – 17:00
Modality: 100% On-site
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
