Overview
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment strategy, driving scalable, data-led hiring processes across technology, product, and business operations. This is a strategic and hands-on role - ideal for someone who can balance vision with execution. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs, build a high-performing recruitment team, and create an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned to business growth plans.
* Build, mentor, and manage a recruitment team capable of supporting rapid scaling across tech and business functions.
* Own and optimise the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to forecast hiring needs, manage expectations, and provide insights on market trends.
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring inclusive practices are embedded throughout the hiring process.
* Implement recruitment technology and processes that improve efficiency and candidate experience.
* Lead employer branding initiatives, showcasing the company as an employer of choice in FinTech.
* Analyse and report on recruitment metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager / Lead / Head of Recruitment, ideally within FinTech or Technology.
* Demonstrated success in building and scaling recruitment teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
* Strong understanding of technology and product recruitment within the FinTech landscape.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Strategic mindset with a hands-on, data-driven approach.
* Passionate about innovation, process improvement, and candidate experience.
* Proficient in modern ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
