Youll take ownership of care packages, lead and support staff teams, and ensure that every client receives safe, person-centred, and consistent care. What Youll Be Doing Completing robust risk assessments and developing clear, effective care plans tailored to individual needs. Providing supervision, coaching, and appraisal to support workers. Monitoring and reviewing support packages, including oversight of daily documentation. Communicating confidently with clients, families, staff teams, and multi-disciplinary professionals.
