Then take a step towards LPT. We are seeking leadership peers within Community Health Services to provide support and clinical oversight within one of our Community Nursing Teams. Opportunities have arisen for District Nurses to manage a community nursing team, taking overall responsibility for the assessment, management, and evaluation of evidence-based nursing care to patients in a variety of settings.

* Full time District Nurse (37.5 hours) – City East Community Nursing HUB (Merlyn Vaz, Leicester City)
* Full time District Nurse (37.5 hours) – City West Community Nursing HUB (Braunstone)
* Part time District Nurse (30 hours) – East North Community Nursing HUB (Rutland)
* Part time District Nurse (30 hours) – East South Community Nursing HUB (Enderby)
Responsibilities
* Manage a community nursing team with overall responsibility for assessment, management and evaluation of evidence-based nursing care.
* Provide professional nursing leadership, clinical advice and management to Nurses for Complex Care, Senior District Nurses and Senior Nurses for Complex Care.
* Ensure care quality performance and clinical activity through leadership and guidance.
Requirements
* Essential: hold a UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle that can be used for work purposes.
* Requirements relate to collaboration with and support for Nurses for Complex Care, Senior District Nurses and Senior Nurses for Complex Care in delivering high quality care.
