* Support marketing initiatives that maximise sponsor and exhibitor exposure before, during, and after each event.
Leadership & Collaboration
* Manage and inspire a small marketing team, encouraging creativity and accountability.
* Collaborate closely with wider teams to share ideas, learnings, and best practices across the business.
About You
* Experienced in B2B event marketing, ideally within exhibitions, trade shows, or conferences.

* Strong understanding of audience acquisition, lead generation, and digital marketing.
* Excellent communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and partners.
* Proficient with CRM systems, automation tools, and marketing analytics.
