Branding & Communications Executive for a large business

This role is looking for someone who is passionate about pushing a brand to strengthen the employer brand and the internal culture!
Responsibilities:
1. Support the planning and creation of engaging content for social media, including video and photography for employer branding campaigns.
2. Promote positive news stories from across the network and obtain permissions for employee participation in content.
3. Monitor and analyse platform performance to inform future content strategies.
4. Encourage employee engagement through platforms by boosting reviews and testimonials.
5. Assist with maintaining and improving the careers website, analysing performance and recommending updates.
6. Write and design internal communications materialsnewsletters, posters, spotlights, and benefit renewal content.
7. Conduct research and assist with entries for external awards and industry accolades.
8. Collaborate on employer rebrand projectsensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across posters, uniforms, values, and other assets.
9. Partner with recruiters to ensure job postings and outreach efforts reflect our employer brand.
