Role Overview We are looking for a driven and detail-focused SEO Content Writer to join our content team. You’ll be responsible for producing a high volume of blog content, website copy, and email content for our clinical clients. The role is writing-focused but grounded in accuracy, research, and tone. You’ll use AI tools to accelerate output, but you’ll be expected to review and shape every piece to make it accurate, well-written, and relevant to the client’s treatments and brand. This role is ideal for someone with strong time management, an interest in health and aesthetics, and the ability to work independently to deliver consistently high-quality copy at pace. Requirements Core Skill Requirements Blog Writing: Confidently producing large volumes of treatment-related blog content, using AI tools where helpful, but always reviewing, refining, and adding value Website Copy: Capable of writing and editing website service pages that reflect client offerings accurately and convert effectively Email Content: Able to produce short-form, engaging email copy suitable for promotions, campaigns, and clinic comms Research and Accuracy: Strong attention to detail when cross-checking product info, verifying claims, and aligning with clinical services Client Adaptation: Skilled at adapting tone, structure, and content to reflect different brands and treatment approaches Source Awareness: Knows how to find and validate trustworthy medical, aesthetic, or product information online AI Augmentation: Comfortable using AI to support draft generation, topic research, and structuring, but not reliant on it General Deliverables and Responsibilities Deliver around 70 unique blog articles per month for a selection of clients based on topics that are supplied Write, review, and refine service page content and email copy Ensure all written content is accurate, grammatically correct, and free of filler Cross-reference treatments with client websites, product manufacturers, and service documentation to ensure content reflects what the clinic offers Research industry topics and stay informed about new treatments, devices, and trends Work to fixed delivery cycles and turnaround windows with minimal supervision Maintain clean formatting, consistency, and clarity across all work Personal Attributes for Success Reliable: Consistently hits deadlines and can be trusted with volume workloads Detail-Driven: Accuracy is second nature, from names and spellings to treatment specifics Adaptable: Able to shift tone and format across clients with ease Organised: Able to plan and deliver large volumes of work across multiple clients Curious: Willing to learn about aesthetics, devices, treatments, and industry terminology Responsible: Understands the importance of factual content in medical marketing Qualifications 2 years in a writing, journalism, or content role (agency or in-house) Experience writing for health, beauty, wellness, or aesthetics a strong advantage Strong command of English grammar, structure, and formatting Familiarity with content tools like Surfer SEO, Grammarly, or AI writing platforms Understanding of on-page SEO principles is useful but not essential Benefits Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience c.£24K - £27K PA - subject to a successful probation and experience Comprehensive benefits package: 28 holiday days (excluding Public Holidays) Health insurance Team event away days Flexible working hours Pension contributions Opportunities for professional development
