Job Title: Experienced Maintenance Personnel We are recruiting for skilled and reliable Maintenance people to join our team on a busy highland estate. The ideal candidates will have broad experience across multiple trades and be confident handling both planned and reactive maintenance tasks. Previous experience working within a hospital or hotel maintenance teams preferred but not essential. Key Responsibilities: Carry out maintenance, repair, and improvement works across our estate. Diagnose and resolve issues related to: Plumbing Electrical systems Building management systems (BMS) Engineering and ventilation equipment Painting, decorating, and general building upkeep Prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations. Work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors, and management. Maintain a safe and tidy working environment in compliance with health and safety standards. Desirable Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in maintenance roles covering plumbing, electrical, general building services and private water supplies. Strong knowledge of engineering and building management systems. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time and workload effectively. Excellent communication skills and a strong team player. Ability to interact well with colleagues, contractors, and our guests.
