Are you an experienced Freight Forwarder looking to join a dynamic and growing logistics team? We are a leading provider of European transport solutions and customs clearance, with an established presence across Europe. We specialise in delivering bespoke, time-critical road and air transport solutions to global clients - and we're looking for the right person to strengthen our operations team.
What you'll be doing:
* Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
* Providing competitive quotations and transport solutions to clients
* Negotiating rates with suppliers to ensure the best service and cost efficiency
* Tracking collections and deliveries, keeping clients updated throughout the process
* Proactively problem-solving and offering solutions to meet client requirements
What we're looking for:
1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar freight forwarding or logistics role
