B2B Lead Generator – Role
Up to £30,000 DOE, plus OTE. We are looking for an experienced Telephone Business Development Executive / BDR / SDR Sales Development Representative for a position with a successful technology company based in Glasgow.
Previous experience of telesales lead generation or outbound B2B telesales of IT or Telecoms solutions would be of particular interest, however we can also consider people without this specific background providing that you have proven appointment‑making / lead generation experience in another sector coupled with a solid career history.
Responsibilities
* Develop new sales opportunities and set sales appointments for field sales colleagues.
* Contact both existing and potential customers.
* Handle the first stage of the sales process and hand over to experienced field sales consultants.
Qualifications
* Experience in telesales lead generation or outbound B2B telesales of IT or Telecoms solutions.
* Proven appointment‑making / lead generation experience in another sector.
* Solid career history.
Location & Working Arrangements
Primarily office‑based in Glasgow, with the option to work from home on certain days. Applicants must live within Central Scotland.
Compensation
Starting basic salary up to £30,000, depending on experience, plus a commission structure that can significantly increase earnings.
