Sites travel around Central London (Zones 1 - 3)This is a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts manager with experience working on residential refurbishment projects to join a reputable property contractor with uncapped progression and earning potential.Are you a Contracts Manager with experience working on Residential refurbishment projects? They have ambitious plans to grow the business whilst ensuring projects are delivered to the best quality and therefore maintaining an exceptional reputation. Due to this they are now looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager or Project Manager, to join their close knit team.Reporting to the Contracts Director you will manage up to 5 projects at any given time based in and around Central North.
