The What...
Joining as an Assistant Manager includes a comprehensive induction to ensure you are fully trained across all areas of the centre, including lanes, bar and diner, and amusements.
In our fast-paced environment, you'll be central to delivering a fun, positive customer experience, supporting effective business operations, coaching and mentoring your team, and assisting the General Manager with achieving centre goals and financial targets.
You will ensure your centre maintains industry-leading standards and provides a safe, enjoyable environment for customers.
To Be Successful You Will Have
* Management experience, preferably in leisure, hospitality, or retail
* A passion for customer service
* Experience inspiring and developing large teams
