Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a personal portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and the delivery of all actions, deadlines, and client discussions.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, directors, and staff.
* Review team files to ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and statutory regulations, identifying and addressing any issues.
* Provide industry-leading insights, advice, and solutions to enhance the firm's reputation and expand the client base.
* Drive efficiency and profitability by implementing best practices and leveraging technology.
* Contribute to strategic and business planning, focusing on increasing revenue and profits.
* Manage client relationships to ensure maximum value, quality, and compliance.
* Handle a personal portfolio of client work, offering expert insights and advice.

Key Requirements
* ACCA/ACA qualified
* At least 3 years PQE in a General Practice role within a mid-tier firm
* Experience leading client relationships
* IT savvy and comfortable with technology upgrades
