Role Overview
Senior point of contact for the administrative function within the clinical services, supporting the administration manager and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities
* Provide proactive management of patient pathways, keeping information systems updated and accurate.
* Liaise with patients and hospital staff to ensure efficient administrative processes.
* Maintain high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction by being an accessible, customer‑focused, and knowledgeable point of contact.
* Collect and monitor service data, contributing to service development and projects as required.
* Facilitate and coordinate the care pathway for patients under the IBD team, including those on medical therapies.
