Electrical Project Manager
Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire (with UK-wide projects)

We are looking for a highly motivated Electrical Project Manager to join our expanding team. This is a unique role offering a 50/50 split between working on the tools and driving business development, giving the right candidate the opportunity to make a real impact in both delivery and growth of our electrical division.

Ashton Plumbing, Heating & Mechanical has been delivering trusted domestic and commercial mechanical services since 2005. With over 20 years of expertise and a strong reputation for quality, we are now expanding further into the electrical sector. This role is an exciting opportunity for a fully qualified and NICEIC-accredited professional to lead projects and help grow this side of the business.
The Role
This is a hybrid position that combines technical delivery with business development. Responsibilities will include:
* Managing electrical installation and maintenance projects from start to finish.
* Working hands-on with electrical systems on-site (approx. 50% of role) to begin with.
* Building and maintaining client relationships, including blue-chip and commercial clients.
* Driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing tenders/quotes.
* Ensuring compliance with NICEIC and industry regulations.
* Supporting and mentoring junior electricians/engineers.
Requirements
* Fully qualified electrician with proven project experience.
* NICEIC Qualified Supervisor (essential).
* Strong knowledge of commercial and domestic electrical installations.
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
* A commercially minded professional with ambition to help grow a business unit.
* Willingness to travel nationwide when required.

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
