The role
As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team in an inclusive environment that values innovation and continuous improvement. Working closely with colleagues across departments, you’ll contribute to driving efficiencies and enhancing plant performance, while developing your own expertise and making a meaningful impact on operational success.
Key Accountabilities
* Asset Management, technical governance & guidance for your plant area.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and industry best practice.
* Safe Management of Projects.
* The successful delivery of major outages.
* Budget & Contract Management.
Qualifications
* A relevant qualification in an electrical discipline or equivalent.
* Experience operating in a similar role, and a broad and in-depth operational knowledge of Electrical assets and systems in Energy industry.
* Proven ability in managing and maintaining high voltage plant and equipment, synchronous generators, excitation systems, LV distribution boards, actuators, motors and protection and control systems for LV and HV systems.
* Budget & Contract Management experience.
* Sound knowledge of regulation and legislation relating to health and safety of electrical systems.
