We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Charity Shop Manager to be our Flexi Relief Shop Manager across our 12 Shops in Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & East Dorset. Due to the locations of our Shops own transport is essentail - mileage will be paid from your base Shop.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with retail management experience and a passion for charity shops to make a real difference. Our Charity Shops play a crucial role in supporting our work by raising funds and promoting our mission within the community.
The position is 35 hours a week, however there may be overtime available. Shift pattern to be confirmed but will need to be flexible, willing to work short notice and available to work on Saturdays (No Sunday/Bank holiday working)
Hours will vary dependong on Shop but be between and include a 30 min unpaid break (35 hours a week)
Skills and Experience:
* Proven retail management experience, preferably within the charity sector.
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities
* Good organisational and multi-tasking skills
* Ability to work independantly (lone working) and as part of a team
* Passion for Charity Retail and community engagement
* Able to meet financial targets.
* Reasonable level of physical fitness.
