In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate development programmes. You'll play a key part in enhancing skills, building leadership capability, and supporting strategic initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business leaders and teams to identify learning needs and design targeted development solutions.
* Lead and facilitate programmes, workshops, and blended learning experiences.
* Evaluate learning impact and use insights to enhance offerings.
* Support initiatives that build organisational capability, leadership potential, and talent growth.
* Promote an inclusive and forward-thinking approach to professional development.

* Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and delivering high-quality learning experiences.
* Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

* Enthusiasm for innovative learning approaches, including digital tools and technologies.
* Coaching or mentoring experience is advantageous.
