Global Highland is currently recruiting a Kitchen Assistant to join a well-established hospitality venue in the Highlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment while earning great hourly rates plus tips.
The role will involve:

Assisting chefs with food preparation

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
*
Washing dishes and kitchen equipment
*
Supporting the team during busy service periods
*
Following health & safety procedures at all times
What we’re looking for:

A positive and reliable attitude

Ability to work well as part of a team
*
Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential
*
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
