And we’re very social too. We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Client Services team to help us manage and grow a number of a key accounts. You have an eye for detail and a hunger for progress – you are an Account Executive with experience and more to prove. Now you want to be part of a forward thinking, respected and experienced agency team, working with a media agnostic approach alongside global financial services clients. THE ROLE Supporting the Client Services team, you’ll help us keep to deadlines, manage delivery of projects and build client relationships to make great work happen. This is a fast-paced environment that is demanding and fulfilling, and the scope of work is varied; from PowerPoint presentations, through to animated films, digital and print advertising, literature, exhibition stands and web design. You will have the chance to see campaigns through from start to finish; from the client briefing all the way through to final delivery of assets, learning how to navigate challenges as they arise. You will need to understand your clients' needs and objectives and liaise closely with them throughout projects, often on a daily or even hourly basis while keeping to tight schedules. You will manage the administrative aspects of campaign work and ensure that all projects, however large or small, are completed on time and on budget. The role requires a proactive and pragmatic approach, attention to detail, and thorough budget and resource management skills that will prove key to being successful. A keen interest in the financial services sector would be a great benefit. KEY CLIENT FACING RESPONSIBILITIES Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their marketing requirements. Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the agency by maintaining regular contact, ensuring that communication flows effectively. Generating accurate client budget reports, meeting notes, status updates and contact reports. Working with the client services team to brief the various creative and studio teams on client projects and ensure the accuracy of amended artworks and reporting. Liaising with external suppliers for various collateral while ensuring cost effectiveness and reliable delivery. KEY INTERNAL RESPONSIBILITIES Supporting agency colleagues to devise and implement advertising/marketing campaigns and assets. Presenting creative ideas, timing plans and budgets to clients alongside the team. Assisting the client services team with the management of budgets, estimates, campaign costs and client invoicing. Supporting the client services team with research, competitor review and contributing to the development creative for new business pitches. Provide team support as required, working with a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude. Begin to build a reputation for effective and reliable delivery of high-quality projects, both internally with your team and externally with our client base. SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS 1 year of account management experience within a B2B agency would be preferable. Must be a self starter who is willing to take on responsibility and work independently when required. This can be a demanding role, so real motivation is required in order to thrive. The ability to work as a team player in a busy agency. An understanding of, and a passion to progress in the communications industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills. Good organisational and administration skills. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office programs; in particular PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
