Seven Social Care are looking for a Family Support Workerin the Worcester, Worcestershire area.
This post requires flexible working throughout the county (hours are between 8-8) it essential that the applicant can drive/has access to a car.
The role is paying £18+ P/H.
Role Purpose:
* To work directly with and support families with children and Young people 0-18.
* Working in partnership with relevant professionals and agencies, to ensure good outcomes and life chances for children and young people in Worcestershire.
* You will be required to assess, plan and review the needs of families in order to ensure that support is in place to meet their current and future needs.
* To assist in the review and evaluation of cases, through observations, assessment, and monitoring, ensuring actions are followed up.
Requirements:
* Experience of working with children and young people and the ability to develop positive relationships.
* You must have the ability to understand and work with young people, who may have a range of social and emotional difficulties and who can present complex and challenging behaviours.
* Righ to work in the UK.
* Clean UK Drivers Licence.
* Relevant experience working with Young People and Families in the Social Services.
