Service Coordinator | Nottingham | Full-Time | Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm | £25,000 – £35,000 per annum Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join their team in Nottingham. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of HVAC services, coordinating technicians, and delivering an exceptional experience for clients. Are you the right person for the job? Service coordination, scheduling, or customer service experience (HVAC or construction industry preferred) Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office and service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Joblogic, or similar) Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities High school diploma or equivalent (minimum) Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or related field (preferred) 2 years in an administrative, scheduling, or coordination role Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology (advantageous but not essential) What will your role look like?
