3. Promote the services of the Station team internally and externally - taking a proactive approach and helping to develop a fee-paying client base
4. Recognise and explore opportunities for clients to utilise other products rradar offer (digital and human) encouraging referral to rradarstation online portal
5. Ensure an efficient and effective service to the full client base, identifying opportunities for greater efficiencies
6. Provide complete tailored, accurate, timely, advice and support to clients on a full range of Employment Law/HR issues
7. Ensure smooth client handovers to the Legal teams
8. Provide a caring, quality first-class service to rradar's clients in accordance with the plans and targets of rradar
9. Support business development and marketing activities, including participation in webinars, seminars etc
10. Develop Station's external reputation for excellence in the HR/Employment Law sector
11. Develop and maintain the skills and attributes necessary to provide a proper standard of service to clients and maintain a record of professional development
12. Share information and best practice, assisting team members in providing effective advice to the company's clients
13. Identify opportunities for new services and products
14. Identify new content opportunities and support in the production of new and existing legal content
15. Participate in projects to develop services and in response to changes in the law affecting clients
16. Ensure that the management of clients and working practices within the Station team are in accordance with rradar's policies, procedures, systems, and scope of services
17. Carry out duties in a professional manner, comply with relevant professional standards and any requirement set by relevant regulating bodies including the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and CIPD
18. Ensure work standards are maintained in line with Station's expected quality assurance standards
Keep accurate records on internal systems
The Successful Applicant
Experience working in a busy, fast-paced, and varied HR team Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR issues Computer literacy Knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with case management systemsQualification as a Solicitor or Associate of the CIPD - minimum Level 5 or equivalent experience
