Our international client is looking for a Spanish & Italian speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Nottingham. What you’ll be doing:
1. Provide first-class support to online customers across phone, email, and digital channels
2. Handle queries related to orders, returns, and refunds with accuracy and professionalism
3. Share product knowledge to help customers make informed choices and enjoy a seamless shopping experience
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
What we’re looking for:
5. Native or fluent level of Italian and Spanish, alongside strong English skills
6. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within eCommerce or retail
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
8. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a team-player mindset
9. Confident using IT systems
