Responsibilities
* Ensure the team complies with legal standards and company procedures at all times.
* Reduce stock loss by challenging causes of shrinkage and waste.
* Reduce replenishment costs by ensuring efficient stock handling, appropriate product placement and accuracy, and security in the goods‑receiving department.
* Work with stock control and delivery teams to resolve causes of off‑sales.
* Implement effective replenishment to maintain branch availability for customers.
Qualifications
* Passion for providing exceptional operational standards.
* Flexible management style, capable of adapting to challenges.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience supervising or managing a team.
* Experience in food retailing is desired but not essential.
