Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS business on an exciting growth trajectory. They’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Senior Marketing Executive who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working across every aspect of marketing — from campaign strategy and execution to automation and reporting.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive demand, build brand visibility, and support sales enablement. This is a role for someone who loves combining creativity with data-driven decision-making, managing HubSpot workflows, organising webinars, and optimising performance across the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and optimise HubSpot automations and workflows for lead nurturing and engagement.
* Manage CRM data hygiene and segmentation for accurate targeting.
* Plan and deliver multi-step email campaigns and nurture sequences.
* Produce marketing reports and dashboards using HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics.
* Organise and execute webinars end-to-end.
* Manage and grow LinkedIn presence with engaging content and community building.
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and campaigns.
* Coordinate with external partners on PPC, SEO, PR, and design projects.
* Support content development: blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and landing pages.
* Maintain website pages and product knowledge base, plus create interactive demos.
* Analyse campaigns and recommend optimisations across channels.
What We’re Looking For
* 3 years + in B2B marketing (ideally SaaS or tech).
* Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hub.
* Strong digital marketing skills across email, content, social, and CRM workflows.
* Confident running webinars end-to-end.
* Solid analytics skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills.
* Collaborative mindset and strong written communication skills.
* Nice-to-haves: GA4 reporting, LinkedIn Ads, ABM experience.
