As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business—including project management, commercial operations, estimating, and site coordination—while receiving structured training and mentoring from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities

Assisting project managers and department leads with the planning and coordination of construction projects.

Supporting the preparation of project documentation, progress reports, and performance summaries.

Helping monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

Participating in site visits and progress meetings to develop a practical understanding of construction processes.

Assisting with procurement, cost tracking, and material management.
*
Collaborating with commercial, estimating, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Maintaining accurate records and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
