Our client, a growing digital organisation based in Rayleigh, is currently looking for an experienced Web Developer to join their in-house team. The company delivers high-performance web applications and platforms, and they are looking to scale further by bringing on board a developer with strong experience in modern web technologies.
They offer a competitive salary of up to £80,000, depending on experience, for a full-time role.

Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain dynamic web applications
* Work across the full stack using open-source technologies including PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
* Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver clean, scalable, and secure solutions
* Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues
* Stay up to date with latest web technologies and trends
* Ensure performance, scalability, and security standards are met
Experience
* 3 years of experience in web development
* Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
* Experience with the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
* Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue
* Experience using Git for version control
* Understanding of back-end frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony
* Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills
Preferred
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
* Familiarity with API development and testing methodologies
Salary
They offer an excellent salary package: £50,000 - £80,000 per year depending on experience
Location
The client is based in Essex. This is an in-person role, offering an opportunity to collaborate closely with the team onsite.
