Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at Land Rover Solihull. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing the submission and oversight of all warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
You’ll oversee the accurate and timely completion of warranty-related administration, ensuring all processes comply with manufacturer and group policies.
The role responsibilities will include:
* Process warranty and retail invoices efficiently and accurately.
* Collaborate closely with the Service team and manage work-in-progress updates.
* Liaise with manufacturers to resolve submission issues and implement necessary corrections.
* Follow established procedures to ensure successful warranty claim submissions.
* Reconcile paid claims and maintain precise, up-to-date warranty records.
* Stay informed on the latest warranty bulletins and communicate updates to Technicians and relevant colleagues.
* Ensure all job cards comply with warranty standards and bulletins, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
* Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures related to warranty management.
* Collaborate closely with the Service team and manage work-in-progress updates.
What we’re looking for:
* Although previous exposure to a Warranty Administrator role is ideal it is not essential as training will be given.
* A well-presented individual with the desire, character and attitude to succeed.
* The successful candidate will have solid experience of Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications.
