This role requires working 24/7, with flexible hours, including weekends and on-call duties. Full training, PPE, and equipment will be provided to ensure all Drainage Engineers are equipped to perform to high standards, regardless of experience.
Position Details
* Location: Tonbridge Depot, Kent
* Type: Permanent, full-time
* Hours: 4 Nights On / 4 Nights Off, 40.25 hours/week
* Salary: £32,000/year
* Benefits: 21 days holiday (including bank holidays), health cash plan, onsite parking, pension scheme, friendly environment
Role Responsibilities
* Travel to sites using HGV, operate high-pressure water jets for restoration
* Maintain and clear drainage systems
* Record job details accurately using specialist equipment
* Run diagnostics and repair drains
* Provide excellent customer service
* Follow health and safety practices
* Manage vehicle stock levels
* Ensure safety protocols including PPE and site safety
* Utilize VISTEC and Salesforce platforms
* Communicate with clients about progress
* Work independently in all weather conditions
* Assess risks dynamically at each site
* Support colleagues as needed
* Inspect tools and equipment regularly
* Report defects or issues
* Conduct risk assessments with maturity
* Adhere to company policies
* Perform additional duties as required
Candidate Profile
We seek hardworking, respectful individuals who prioritize safety. Experience with high-pressure jetting is beneficial but not essential. Qualifications like NRSWA or Confined Spaces are advantageous. We value diversity and are committed to equal opportunity employment.
