To empower everyday convenience around the world, whether it’s through customer service, coding or couriers All about the Role The Senior Specialist, Global ID&B will play a pivotal role in driving strategic advancements within our ID&B strategy. This role will take ownership of critical initiatives, including establishing robust governance and improvements within our Employee Resource Group (ERG) ecosystem, and crafting a comprehensive ID&B communications strategy. In addition, the role will contribute to other key strategic projects designed to elevate ID&B at JET, supporting the evolution of our approach, capabilities, and impact across the business. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, the ability to create compelling narratives in slide decks, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, initiative as a self-starter, and a hard-working, collaborative approach. You will work closely with the Global ID&B Lead and Director, ERG leadership, HR partners, and a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation. Your ability to lead strategically, build structure, facilitate collaboration, and drive initiatives through to completion will be critical to success in this role. These are some of the key ingredients to the role Take ownership of establishing and refining the governance framework for our 8 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Develop clear guidelines, processes, and reporting structures to enhance ERG effectiveness, sustainability, and alignment with business objectives. Lead projects focused on improving various aspects of the ERG ecosystem, such as onboarding new ERG members, enhancing collaboration, and measuring impact. Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive global ID&B communications strategy to effectively reach all relevant audiences. Define key messages, communication channels, and target audiences to raise awareness, foster understanding, and drive engagement in ID&B initiatives. Contribute to and lead additional high-priority strategic ID&B initiatives aligned to JET’s broader People, Culture, and business priorities. Support the development, piloting, and scaling of new approaches, tools, or frameworks that strengthen ID&B impact globally. What will you bring to the table? Project Management: Proven ability to plan, execute, and close projects effectively. This includes defining project scope, developing timelines, managing resources, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is highly desirable. Narrative Building (Slide Decks): Exceptional ability to communicate complex information and ideas clearly and concisely through visually engaging presentations. This includes structuring content logically, crafting compelling narratives, designing professional-quality slides, and effectively presenting to diverse audiences. Ownership, Team Player, and Hard Working: A strong sense of accountability and responsibility for assigned tasks and projects. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating proactivity, resourcefulness, and a drive to achieve goals. A strong work ethic characterised by dedication, diligence, perseverance, and a positive attitude, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve shared objectives. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to JET’s global ID&B strategy by shaping and delivering work across several critical areas.
