As a busy season for the HR Team approaches, your role will be to alleviate the day-to-day admin and data entry tasks from the more senior members of the team, support the onboarding process, manage, record and analyse data. Duties - Provide general administrative and coordination support to HR and L&D function. - Perform high-volume data entry and data cleansing using Excel, including formulas, V-Lookups, filters, and pivot tables. - Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS, ensuring data is accurate. - Conduct Teams calls for new joiners to support with their onboarding. - Analyse and present HR data in a clear, user-friendly format for stakeholders. - Assist in mapping, reviewing, and updating HR and L&D process documentation. - Identify and support opportunities to streamline/improve processes. - Coordinate relevant documents including proration of onboarding document packs. - Collaborate with L&D teams to ensure learning pathways and resources are accessible, structured, and relevant. - Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data in line with data protection standards.
