Reporting to the Financial Controller, duties will include, but not limited to:
Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software with correct categorisation.
Assisting in processing supplier invoices and payments, and help manage accounts receivable.
Support withbank reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and making necessary adjustments.
Reviewing and processing employee expense claims in line with company policies.
Assist with payroll processing, including maintaining accurate employee time records.
Assist with VAT return preparation and tax documentation under guidance.
Support the creation of monthly financial reports such as balance sheets and P&L statements.
Other ad hoc duties as required.

Previous
experience

The successful candidate will be studying towards
AAT.
Good IT skills are required.
Strong
organisational

skills are essential.
