Senior Contracts Manager - Commercial Gas Bias

Overview
Were working with a leading building services provider to recruit a Senior Contracts Manager from a commercial gas bias. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on winning business, pricing maintenance contracts, and driving technical excellence across commercial HVAC and M&E services.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary Technical Support team
* Carry out site surveys, pricing, and securing maintenance contracts
* Act as the technical authority across HVAC, plant rooms, and energy centres
* Deliver contract compliance, profitability, and service quality
* Manage contract reviews, renewals, and client relationships
* Support small works design, specifications, and technical delivery
* Conduct audits, fault-finding, and performance optimisation
* Ensure compliance with H&S, SFG20, and industry regulations
* Clear progression to Head of Technical Support
* Strategic, leadership-level position with client exposure
What Were Looking For
* Strong technical background in commercial M&E / HVAC
* Experience managing maintenance contracts and engineering teams
* Proven ability in quotations, surveys, and business development
* Knowledge of SFG20, compliance, and contract delivery
* Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
* HNC/HND or Level 3 trade qualification (or similar)
