You will oversee the technical sales pipeline, manage complex customer applications, and drive team performance while maintaining relationships with strategic industry accounts.

Job Description
* Lead, coach, and support the Technical Sales team
* Manage team KPIs, pipeline activity, and quotation performance
* Review and approve complex technical quotations
* Support customers with technical problem-solving and solution development
* Conduct customer site visits (across the UK) and build long-term relationships
* Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to deliver effective solutions

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or similar roles
* Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coaching a team
* Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, switchgear, or industrial safety
* Full UK driving licence
