Responsibilities

* Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance across all areas of operation.
* Liaise with management to implement strategic plans and communicate organisational objectives.
* Resolve operational issues promptly, escalating complex problems when necessary.
* Conduct regular team meetings to promote communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure quality control procedures are followed consistently throughout all processes.
Experience
* Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role in Civils
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry.
