Assess and evaluate students' practical skills and knowledge in the context of electrical installations. Provide constructive feedback to students, fostering an environment conducive to learning and improvement. Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations during training and assessments. Demonstrate electrical installation techniques and best practices effectively to students. Develop training materials and assessments that align with current industry trends and standards. Collaborate with other professionals within the college to enhance the training program. Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements. Essential Qualifications: Relevant certifications in electrical installations or a related field. Experience in instructional or training roles is highly desirable. Strong grasp of occupational safety and legislative standards related to electrical installations. Desired Experience: Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in a technical training or assessment role. Demonstrated experience in providing feedback management and effective teaching practices. Salary & Benefits: Salary: £29,770 - £34,600 per annum, based on experience.
