Position: Assessor/Trainer - Electrical Installations
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
* Facilitate and lead training sessions on electrical installations, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
* Assess and evaluate students' practical skills and knowledge in the context of electrical installations.
* Provide constructive feedback to students, fostering an environment conducive to learning and improvement.
* Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations during training and assessments.
* Demonstrate electrical installation techniques and best practices effectively to students.
* Develop training materials and assessments that align with current industry trends and standards.
* Collaborate with other professionals within the college to enhance the training program.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
Essential Qualifications:
* Relevant certifications in electrical installations or a related field.
* Experience in instructional or training roles is highly desirable.
* Strong grasp of occupational safety and legislative standards related to electrical installations.
Desired Experience:
* Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in a technical training or assessment role.
* Demonstrated experience in providing feedback management and effective teaching practices.
Salary & Benefits:
* Salary: £29,770 - £36,157 per annum, based on experience.
