Length of Service Awards Christmas Vouchers Health & Wellbeing initiatives Job Title: Shift Process Operator Job Type: Permanent Hours: Full-time - 37.5 hours per week/ Rotating Shift Pattern, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm Job Location: Deeside, Flintshire Main Responsibilities: As a GMP Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to produce pharmaceutical products of the highest quality. You will operate and monitor production equipment, follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized production environment. Key Accountabilities: Manually filling and packaging of GMP capsules using torpacs and blister machines. Operate and monitor production equipment in accordance with GMP guidelines and SOPs. Execute production processes accurately and efficiently to meet quality and quantity standards. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes. Complete batch records and documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Participate in training programs to stay current with GMP regulations and industry best practices. Follow all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Qualifications How to be a successful candidate: The ideal candidate would be someone with experience within a GMP environment, or working within a pharmaceutical company. We would also like to hear from candidates who have A-Level Chemistry, or recent science graduates, looking to move into the pharmaceutical sector. Proven experience as a production operator in a GMP-regulated environment (Desirable) Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards. Ability to follow SOPs and work in a regulated and structured environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
