We have an exciting opportunity to join our People & Culture team as an Executive Support Assistant. As part of our wider Leadership Support Service, you'll play a vital role in helping our Assistant Directors make the most of their time-enabling them to focus on what matters most for North East Lincolnshire.
This role is at the heart of our commitment to valuing people, honesty, continuous improvement, openness, and integrity. You'll be empowered to work closely with senior leaders, providing confidential and comprehensive administrative support that keeps everything running smoothly.

You’ll be part of a supportive team, working at the heart of North East Lincolnshire Council’s leadership. We offer extensive induction, ongoing training, and opportunities to develop your skills. Some out-of-hours work may be required for evening meetings, but you’ll manage your own time and priorities.
There is one full-time permanent position and one 1‑year maternity cover blended role, combining home and office work.
