Our client requires an experienced OT Cyber Security Analyst to support their OT programme working to updated many polices and procedures globally.

DURATION: INITIALLY 6 MONTHS
LOCATION: HYBRID - 2 DAYS ON-SITE IN EITHER LONDON OR NORTH-WEST

This role will support the design, development, integration and delivery of OT security controls as part of the OT Cyber Security Enhancement Programme. The resource must be comfortable that this role is heavily focussed on authoring policy and procedure documents whilst being accountable for:
- Programme Activity Support & Delivery
- Gap Analysis & Risk Assessment
- Security Awareness & Training
- Business Engagement & Communication
Vocational Qualifications (Preferred) - Or similar industry experience
* A Higher Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Automation, Robotics, Cyber Security, Computer Science or similar.
* IT/OT cybersecurity certifications, this could include:
o ISA99/ IEC 62443 Series
o Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP):
o Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
o Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
o Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
o GIAC Industrial Cyber Security Certification (GICSP)
o Certified SCADA Security Architect (CSSA)
Professional skills required:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to temper communication and written style to accommodate both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proven experience leading work at sustained levels of high quality
* An ability to develop excellent relationships with stakeholders.
* Excellent collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-discipline team.
Technical skills required:
* 3+ years of OT security experience either in a programme design/delivery or security engineering capacity.
* Proven experience in the application of security standards and best practice guidelines (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO27001, ISA/IEC 62443 series of standards, NIS regulations).
* Proficiency in OT systems, networks, protocols, and vulnerabilities.
* Experience in:
o Developing OT security procedures and processes.
o Developing, maintaining and embedding CSMS's
o The full end to end risk assessment and treatment lifecycle
o Conducting compliance assessments and assurance reviews coupled with the ability to identify and prioritise potential risks and vulnerabilities
o Translating business needs into technical OT specifications and solutions
o Preparation and delivery of training and awareness activities that contribute to the development of a positive cyber security and safety culture.
