Operations Manager - Children's Gymnastics Venue Winchester Town Centre £28-£35k starting salary (dependent on experience and qualifications) This is an incredible opportunity to be involved in a BRAND NEW gym opening where you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations and work alongside the franchise owner to create a successful launch THE OPERATIONS MANAGER WILL BE EXPECTED TO TEACH GYMNASTICS AND DELIVER THEIR OWN CLASSES We are recruiting for a leadership role with one of the world's industry-leading brands in the child fitness sector to join their current management team. This company work with children from 4-months to 12-years old, not only helping them develop their physical literacy, they also help them build key life skills like teamwork, sharing and leadership through movement-based learning and imaginative play. The Operations Manager must have experience in a similar leadership role overseeing the end-to-end operations of a leisure/recreation/childcare venue and have ambitions to develop their own career and have a significant impact on the business. You will work closely with the company owner and leadership team to support the overall running of the venue, finances, operations, sales, customer experience, planning, and marketing/social media, as well as working with central and external support departments and organisations. The role also involves 8-10 hours of your weekly schedule to be dedicated to delivering various classes, which are focused on improving understanding and safety with new parents so some knowledge and experience in teaching/coaching is ideal, and any experience in gymnastics would be advantageous.
