The Role: As our Sales Manager, you will be a key player in driving the growth of our AI solutions in the organic chemistry market. You will

* Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to match.
* Collaborate closely with our product development and marketing teams to continuously improve our offerings and messaging.

What We're Looking For:
* Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or chemistry-related industries.
* Deep understanding of organic chemistry and its applications, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
* Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
