Day to Day
Day to Day:
Working on a social housing contract, carrying out stock condition surveys on housing association properties.
Job role
* Visiting properties on an appointment basis
* Carrying out an inspection and writing a report
* Inputting information into an app with photos
* IT literate
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)
* Strong background in building and maintenance
* Ability to identify property defects and upgrades required
* Ability to advise on property matters including damp
* This role would suit someone who wants to come off the tools.
