About the Company:
The company is a well-established and renowned vendor of industrial software, including MES, SCADA, IT/OT, CMMS, and Cyber Security Software.
About the Role:
The Sales Manager will develop relationships with new and existing customers across various industries such as Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Petrochemical, and Pharmaceuticals.
Responsibilities:
* Develop sales strategies by scheduling and assigning tasks to team members, and follow up on results.
* Maintain and update the company CRM with contact details, sales opportunities, and activity logs.
* Demonstrate a technical understanding of the company's products and services to clients.
* Adjust pricing strategies based on costs, competition, and market demand.
* Organize sales visits, product demonstrations, and reference visits.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Engineering, or Consulting. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Required Skills:
Analytical mindset, team player, leadership qualities, and ability to collaborate across functions.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Industrial Software or Automation sectors.
