Bilfinger UK is currently recruiting a Technical Assistant to support our NDT operations at Hinkley Point. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing team on Hinkley Point C, contributing to the UK's nuclear new build sector.

Monday to Friday
Main Purpose
The Technical Assistant will report directly to the Technical Administrator, supporting all contract-related administration and project documentation processes.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist with documentation in accordance with document control procedures, ensuring all documentation is current in BUK and client systems.
* Follow company safety and quality standards.
* Assist in filing reports and digital documents.
* Upload reports and documents into predefined document systems.
* Monitor, download, and disseminate newly coded documents.
* Perform QA/QC checks on documents as per BUK procedures.
* Enter data into the company's reports register.
* Process transmittal documentation.
* Archive and store radiographs according to client procedures.
* Perform general office administration tasks, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Technical Administrator.

* Ability to collaborate effectively with on-site teams.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Professional, approachable, proactive, and well-organized.
* High level of integrity and confidentiality.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.
* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
* Knowledge of Team Centre is an advantage.
