The Opportunity
Compass Associates is partnering with one of the UK’s most distinguished luxury care groups to appoint a Home Manager for a premier, flagship residence.

The Role
You will take charge of an already outstanding home. It is currently 50% occupied, fully self-funded, operates with zero agency use, and has a highly stable, engaged team. Your focus will be on seamless continuation: preserving the exceptional standards, evolving the culture, and driving performance across quality, people, and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Location
The home is easily accessible from Cambridge, Peterborough, St Neots, and the surrounding areas of Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire via the A1 and A14 corridors.
