The Opportunity: In this role, you will playan important rolein supporting and motivating a team of Service& PartsAdvisors by settingobjectivesto maximiseperformance and profitability, in addition to managing a workshop to ensure that workshop efficiency and productivity rates are optimised. In this role, you will: Develop service& partsdepartment plans and budgets to achieve quarterly and annual targets. Maintain financial and operational controls within the department. Understand and report on key KPIs ina timelyandaccuratemanner. Ensure warranty procedures are followed correctly and monies are recovered promptly. Respond swiftly to any customer complaints and ensuretimelyresolutions. Establish andmonitorthe teams training requirements to ensure the required level ofexpertiseis always achieved; and Work alongsideyourGeneral Managerto develop a strategy tomaintainthe long-term profitability of the department. About You: A proventrack recordof running a successfulaftersalesdepartment in a main dealerenvironment; The ability to lead by example, manage and inspire the team to consistently exceed customer satisfaction and profitabilityobjectives; Experience of developing and monitoringbudgets; Strong communicationand organisational skills withhigh levelsof self-motivation; Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle and consumer legislation as well as FCA regulations; and A full UK driving licence.
