THE JOB
Essential: Interested candidates must have worked in a Phone based and Office based Customer Services type role previously, that includes dealing with quotations and sales order processing admin as well as account management.
In this role you will...

2. Build strong working relationships with customers/clients at all levels.
3. Work as part of a busy team, being one of the main points of contact for Customers/Clients that have queries about their account.
4. Dealing with queries right the way through to resolution.
5. Review the status of the clients relationship against KPI's and identify any risk areas
6. Take detailed orders and advise on stock levels
7. Process orders right the way through to delivery
8. Deal with quotations paying great attention to detail
