Key Responsibilities of: Shipwright / Infusion Technician •Carry out resin infusion processes on composite structures (GRP) •Perform laminating and ship repair tasks to a high standard •Work on both internal and external areas of vessels •Prepare moulds, materials, and vacuum systems for infusion •Undertake finishing tasks including trimming, sanding, painting, varnishing, and paint mixing/matching •Replace and fit components such as skimming fittings on vessels •Work with a variety of materials including GRP, and occasionally steel, aluminium, and wood •Interpret and work from technical drawings •Complete all tasks in line with experience, training, and safety standards •Assist with slip...
