We Are Looking For
The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the storage, distribution, and management of materials, equipment, and products. The job requires the individual to follow strict safety and quality regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
What You'll Do
1. Receive, sort, and organize shipments of materials
2. Inspect incoming materials for compliance with regulations and specifications
3. Record shipment details and update inventory systems
4. Store and secure materials in appropriate locations
5. Select and pick items for dispatch to customers or production areas
6. Pack, label, and prepare items for shipping
7. Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hoists
8. Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
9. Collaborate with other warehouse staff, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to ensure smooth operations
10. Follow company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
11. Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring
12. High school diploma or equivalent
13. Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting
14. Aerospace industry experience is preferred
15. Familiarity with material handling equipment and tools
16. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
17. Physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items
18. Effective communication and teamwork skills
